'Your service has been faultless and very easy to order from your site'
"Hi - we recently purchased 4 jars of your runner bean chutney having seen it on the tele! My husband loves it and will be ordering more. You have a follower now!! Your service has been faultless and very easy to order from your site.
However, - we only actually have 3 jars, as the post office managed to destroy one of your boxes and a jar broke, seeped out over everything and obviously couldn't be used. So, not a criticism of your packaging in any way at all, as the second box was delivered at the same time without a problem. There was nothing to sign for so the post office probably wont do anything this end, but we just wanted you to know how they are handling your product.
We will be ordering again, so have not been put off, so many thanks for your lovely product.
