'the flavour was really delicious and the beans nice and crunchy'
"Hi Emily,
Runner Bean Chutney arrived yesterday, and I couldn't wait to try it. Had it with some extra strong cheddar - the flavour was really delicious and the beans nice and crunchy. If I had one criticism it was just a little too wet and runny. Thought that maybe that was because you had to make so much in a hurry because of the re-run of Top of the Shop.
I will be buying some more when this has run out - maybe wait for next year's new crop - what month are your beans at their best?
