A sweet, tangy farmhouse pickle made with a lovely selection of our garden fruit and vegetables, and with the addition of black treacle and a pint of Herefordshire ale producing a full-bodied, intense flavour.
The ale is from Swan Brewery who are based at the local market town of Leominster.
Made using a traditional family recipe this Farmhouse Pickle is very versatile and a great accompaniment to enjoy with ploughman's lunches, cold meats and game, salads, sandwiches and cheeses, in fact any meal, and makes a delightful addition to homemade pasties and pork pies.
Try this on crackers and cheese you will not be disappointed!
