This gooseberry jam is bursting with flavours from foraged hedgerow elderflowers and juicy gooseberries. It imparts a true flavour of fruits from both the garden and of our glorious Herefordshire countryside.
Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams using fresh summer fruits.
