Jostaberry Jam.


This jam is packed full of flavour, Jostaberries are less tart than blackcurrants, the delicate gooseberry flavour develops after the initial blackcurrant notes, teasing the taste buds.


Eight years ago, John received a gift, a Jostaberry bush, a hybrid plant from a gooseberry crossed with blackcurrant which produces delightful soft fruit.


Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual summer fruits jam.
