A loganberry is the official raspberry/blackberry hybrid cross. Like the tayberry, a loganberry has a vibrant rich flavour but is less tart to the taste whilst producing a lucious jam.
The loganberries are grown by the Parker family at Instone Court, the family farm on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border.
Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams using fresh summer fruits. Check our other jams for similar products.
