Plum N Rum Jam
Plum N Rum Jam 200g Jar.
Homegrown plums are used to produce this morish ‘plum n rum jam’. We use an assortment of plum varieties including 'Blue Monarch', 'Victoria', 'Blaisdon Glory', 'Czar' and 'Yellow Pershore'. Tangy and fragranced with rum, it is devilishly devine.
Pam (mum) judged the jam class at a local show one year where there was one jam that stood out from the rest, needless to say, she gave it first prize! The seed was sown and this delicious jam is the result of that experience.
Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams.
