This irresistible preserve is made using an assortment of homegrown plums including 'Blue Monarch', 'Victoria', 'Blaisdon Glory', 'Czar' and 'Yellow Pershore'. Our jam combines the tangy essence of ripe plums with the rich fragrance of rum, making it devilishly devine.
Pam (mum) judged the jam class at a local show one year where there was one jam that stood out from the rest, needless to say, she gave it first prize! The seed was sown and this delicious jam is the result of that experience. Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams.
