This raspberry jam conjures up lots of memories for us of Pam’s fantastic bakewell tart! We grow an assortment of raspberry varieties such as ‘Glen Ample’ and ‘Norfolk Giant’, these varieties are good cropping and bursting with flavour, making them perfect for our jams.
Our jam is handmade in small batches using traditional methods but by adding the amaretto to our original family recipe transferred this into an extraordinary and flavoursome jam.
