A tangy, fruity and spicy pear chutney which pairs well with blue cheese or leftover Christmas turkey, but equally goes well with cold meats, cheeses and game.
Several varieties of pears are used to produce this spiced pear chutney, with the addition of dried fruit to balance out the flavour of sweet and sour.
