Redcurrant and Rosemary Jelly, Winner of the Gold Best New Product Award 2019 @ Ludlow Food Festival
A tangy Redcurrant Jelly which pairs well with baked cheeses and lamb made using a traditional family recipe. Our family favourite is to slow roast Herefordshire Lamb and slather it all over for the last hour of cooking. For the Vegetarian option excellent with roasted portobello mushrooms topped with roasted goats cheese and our redcurrant jelly.
