Introducing our Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam from Three Fruity Ladies', a 220g jar brimming with the vibrant tastes of juicy gooseberries and foraged hedgerow elderflowers, this jam imparts a true flavour of fruits from both the garden and of our glorious Herefordshire countryside. Handmade in small batches using traditional methods to our family recipe, this is one of our more unusual but flavoursome jams using fresh summer fruits.

lemon juice

Once opened, store in a cool dark place and consume within 6 weeks
